Custom Stone Sculpture

Commission hand-carved marble & granite sculptures from your photo, drawing or 3D model — life-size figures, monuments, fountains and abstract pieces by Quyang master carvers.

From Your Vision to Carved Stone

Quyang's carvers have turned royal commissions into stone for over two thousand years. We bring that tradition to your project — a statue of a loved one, a monument for a park, a fountain for a plaza. You provide the vision; our masters provide the hands.

How It Works

Commission Process

How does the custom sculpture process work?

Send us your reference — a photo, sketch, 3D model, or even a description with dimensions. We evaluate the design, confirm material and pricing, then produce an approval drawing (or a scale clay/3D model for complex pieces) before carving begins. You approve each step before production.

What materials can you carve?

White, grey, and black marble; G603, G654, black and red granite; and sandstone for architectural pieces. For most outdoor sculptures we recommend granite for weather resistance; indoor art is typically carved in white marble.

Can you reproduce a sculpture from photos?

Yes — reproducing a specific statue or monument from photographs is one of our specialties. Our carvers use proportional measuring and 3D scanning to achieve faithful copies, including aged or weathered originals.

What sizes can you handle?

From small maquettes (30cm) to monumental pieces 5m and taller. Larger sculptures are carved in sections and assembled on site; we design the joinery so seams are nearly invisible.

What is the cost and lead time for a custom piece?

Cost depends on size, material, and carving density — we quote after reviewing your reference, typically within 24 hours. Production ranges from 4–8 weeks for life-size pieces to several months for large monuments. A deposit starts production; balance is due before shipment.
